In the next in our series of sporadic gift bundles, we’ve teamed up with anarchist cook George Egg to offer two or three editions of Ernest Journal together with three exclusive recipe cards.

Having toured as a comic for two decades, George Egg has grown tired of mediocre and overpriced hotel food. In an act of inventiveness, George has taught himself how to cook an array of meals using hotel room appliances. 

Recipes include: UHT Milk Ricotta Crostini (with spider plant and lobby flower salad), Travel Kettle Sea bass and Hotel Iron Pancakes
