Tell us about fforest. Who are you and what do you do?
fforest is a family-run business on the rural coastline of West Wales in Cardigan Bay. fforest is the result of a dream – the dream of trying to remember what 'simple' can, look feel and taste like. We have places to stay, eat, run, relax and enjoy. An off shoot of this is our shop where we sell products we use at fforest.
Give us a taster of some of the things you sell. Any particular favourites?
Our beautiful Welsh wool blankets, designed by Sian the mother of fforest and woven in a traditional mill upstream. They are super warm and we only make so many a year.

Any exciting plans for 2015?
