LAND Malt Dark Chocolate: This 65% chocolate has underlying coffee aromas which perfectly balances the sweetness of the malt barley. Roasting the Honduran bean slightly longer than normal gives this bar a more intense flavour.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter and malt barley.
Tasting Notes: Malt, coffee, cocoa.

LAND Nicalisco Dark Chocolate: A strong citrus flavour develops through the ageing process of the single bean Nicaliso 73%. Enjoy the strong notes of grapefruit and orange peel. Black Olive was also a prominent flavour during the making of this citrusy dark bar.
